In order to access your cPanel first try logging in your Hosting Portal -> My Products and click the "Go" button under cPanel's column for your account. There you should access your services.
A new page with two possible ways to access the cPanel will load - via secure or normal connection.
cPanel is your hosting control panel where you can manage your website, files, email accounts, databases, and more. Follow the steps below to access your cPanel.
Step 1: Locate your cPanel login details
After your hosting account is activated, you will receive a welcome email containing your cPanel login URL, username, and password.
Step 2: Open the cPanel login page
You can access cPanel using one of the following methods by clicking here. (Make sure you are logged in)
Step 3: Log in to cPanel
Enter your cPanel username and password, then click the login button.
Step 4: Access your control panel
Once logged in, you will be taken to the cPanel dashboard where you can manage all aspects of your hosting account.
If you are unable to access cPanel:
- Make sure your domain is pointed to our nameservers
- Try accessing via server IP if your domain is not yet active
- Double-check your login credentials
- Clear your browser cache or try a different browser
